Mindclash Games
is a world-famous board games producer team from Hungary. They are best-known for the two Euro-style strategy game: Trickerion: Legends of Illusion and Anachrony.
I was working for them between 2018 and 2020 as a Graphic Designer on two expansions:
Trickerion - Dahlgaard’s Academy and
Anachrony - Fractures of Time.

Anachrony: Fractures of Time
On this expansion I was working mainly on the UI design for the new assets and boards, following the base game's UI guidelines and style. But I had all kind of other graphics related tasks, like:
Icon design, Title design, Board & Card background design, Tile & Token design, Box redesign, Artbook redesign, Rulebook editing, Kickstarter Campaign design
I was working under the supervision of Villő Farkas, Art Director of Mindclashgames.
Path of Unity
My task was to create the identity of the new faction of the expansion, the Path of Unity.
First I created their logo and then I had to expand the identity for all the assets of the Path, like: flag design, card design, a part of the background art on the player board, icons for new actions, and so on.
All the artwork, regarding the city, locations and the characters were created by other artists.
Fracture Device and Upgrade Tile
These two boards are the main new components in the expansion. I hade to create the whole design of these tiles, following the UI design of the base game and creating the style of the graphics reflecting the path's visual world and colors.
Because it is a path specific component, like the player board, I hade to create a design for the other 4 faction as well.
KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN
In 2019 the team crowdfunded this expansion on Kickstarter. I worked with them together on the campaign in real time. My tasks were to create the identity of the campaign, creating and updating the stretchgoal design, making banners and such. I worked together on all the graphics with the Art Director of Mindclash games, Villő Farkas.
